Position Mission:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the project job site and crew to ensure safe, successful, and timely completion of the job plan

Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Safety - 

• be the primary competent person on the job site 

• follow C-Sharpe General Safety Policy 

• follow job specific safety plan in collaboration with Safety Director

• hold weekly safety meetings with project crew to discuss the weekly safety topic provided by the Safety Director

2. Lead the project crew –

• follow and enforce all policies set forth in the C-Sharpe Employee Handbook with project crew

• communicate with the project crew on daily work

• train project crew on materials and methods used

• prompt discipline to project crew members when necessary 

3. Project execution –

• communicate with Project Manager regarding any changes from the job plan regarding safety, project scope, material types/manufacturers, schedule, manpower needs, materials and owner relations

• monitor production and make necessary changes to meet the job plan

• perform daily quality control checks and prompt correction of quality issues, ensuring that the same issues do not happen again on the project

• generate punch lists for any corrective work to be performed before the crew moves beyond a particular scope or area of the building

• apply and install all materials per the manufacturer’s technical data sheets

• correspond as necessary with the owner’s representative regarding daily activities

• complete upcoming week plans and daily reports in an accurate and timely manner

• monitor weather daily and schedule work activities accordingly

• report crew hours

• maintain excellent jobsite appearance

• submit NOD

• procure necessary material, equipment, and tools needed to perform the work

• maintain all tools and equipment in working order per the manufacturer’s recommendations and inform the Project Manager of any significant equipment or tool malfunctions/damage and or purchases
