Responsibilities
Safety -
- follow C-Sharpe General Safety Policy
- work with the Safety Director to determine best safety practices for service projects
- ensure all team members have appropriate PPE
- hold weekly safety meetings with project crew to discuss the weekly safety topic provided by the Safety Director
Lead the project crew –
- follow and enforce all policies set forth in the C-Sharpe Employee Handbook with project crew
- communicate with Team Leaders on scheduling and execution expectations
- identify team leaders and provide support for growth
- train project crew on materials and methods used
- prompt discipline to project crew members when necessary
Project execution –
- communicate with Project Manager regarding any changes from the job plan regarding safety, project scope, material types/manufacturers, schedule, manpower needs, materials and owner relations
- drive production and make necessary changes to meet the job plan
- perform daily quality control checks and prompt correction of quality issues, ensuring that the same issues do not happen again on projects
- generate punch lists for any corrective work to be performed before the crew moves on to the next project
- apply and install all materials per the manufacturer’s technical data sheets
- correspond as necessary with the owner’s representative regarding daily activities
- correspond as necessary with the owner’s representative on scheduling
- complete upcoming week plans in an accurate and timely manner
- monitor weather daily and schedule work activities accordingly
- report crew hours
- maintain excellent jobsite appearance
- procure and be responsible for necessary material, equipment, and tools needed to perform the work (loss prevention)
- maintain all tools and equipment in working order per the manufacturer’s recommendations and inform the Service Maintenance Project Manager of any significant equipment or tool malfunctions/damage and or purchases
