- QA/QC standards met or exceeded on all projects.
- Timely project closeout, including warranties and documentation, in collaboration with the Project Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable (LMA).
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to assign Superintendents and Field Technicians based on skill and availability.
- Facilitate pre-construction, start-up, progress, and subcontractor meetings.
2. Project Planning & Execution
- Prepare project cost estimates.
- Develop job plans and site-specific safety plans.
- Obtain building permits.
- Manage and communicate project schedules.
- Support Superintendent in weekly subcontractor progress meetings.
3. Contracting & Financial Management
- Work with Project Administrator to generate and execute owner contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and generate subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Set up project budgets and approve invoices and payment applications.
- Prepare, estimate, and submit owner change order proposals.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
- Update allowance billing quantities with Superintendent.
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, subs, vendors, and CSC team members.
- Facilitate progress meetings with consultants and clients.
- Support warranty and closeout processes.
