Fee Goal Met:
- Consistently meet or exceed project fee goals and gross margin targets for projects exceeding 3 million dollars.
- Achieve 95%+ accuracy in cost projections and financial forecasting.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Attain ≥ 90% client satisfaction score (measured via post-project survey).
- Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and responsiveness.
Project Execution:
- Deliver all assigned projects on time, within budget, and aligned with safety and quality standards.
- Ensure 100% compliance with PM deliverables and reporting deadlines.

- Developing and training others on operations team.
Operational Excellence:

Required Experience & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field).

Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction management or restoration-related roles.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and project scheduling software.

Certifications (Preferred): OSHA 30, PMP, or equivalent.

Industry Exposure: Restoration, structural repair, waterproofing, or industrial/commercial projects.
Preferred Experience
- Restoration or specialty repair background.
- Strong vendor and subcontractor relationships across the Gulf Coast.
- Proven success leading multi-trade teams on complex projects.
- Familiarity with EOS systems (Scorecards, L10s, Rocks).
