JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


Reports to:                       Regional Operations Manager                   

 

Position Mission:            Drive growth by identifying opportunities, fostering relationships, and expanding presence in key markets.

 

Results/Measurables:

 

1.      Meet or exceed targeted revenue growth from new and existing clients.

2.      Client retention and satisfaction scores.

3.      Expansion into target markets

Job Responsibilities Include:

 

1.      Revenue Growth

a.      Develop and execute a business development strategy to meet company growth goals.

b.      Identify and evaluate potential markets and opportunities aligned with the company's expertise in complex building restoration.

c.      Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform strategy.

d.      Collaborate on the development of tailored proposals and delivery of compelling presentations to exceed revenue targets.

 

2.      Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

a.      Proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients, including general contractors, architects, property managers, etc.

b.      Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and presenting tailored solutions.

c.      Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

 

3.      Market Expansion

a.      Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional organizations to expand the company’s network and visibility.

b.      Build partnerships with industry leaders and organizations to enhance our reputation as a trusted restoration expert.


 

Ideal Qulaifications:


•                    5 years’ experience in business development or sales specific to construction or related industry

•                    CRM platform experience

•                    Proven track record on growing revenue streams

•                    Travel ability within market

•                    General Construction Knowledge(humility to learn work)
