Mission:
To see the project to successful completion as either a working team leader or a working assistant to the Superintendent depending on the project assignment.
Outcomes (Success Measured By)
Crew Safety
- Achieve 100% compliance with C/Sharpe safety policies, PPE requirements, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and project-specific safety plans.
- Conduct and document 100% of required weekly safety meetings and daily safety briefings with the crew.
- Maintain zero repeat safety violations and proactively identify, correct, and report jobsite hazards before work begins.
Crew Productivity
- Maintain 100%+ adherence to the project production plan by effectively managing labor, materials, and daily work activities.
- Communicate manpower, material, equipment, or schedule constraints to the Superintendent within 24 hours of identification.
- Complete assigned work scopes on or ahead of schedule while minimizing downtime and maximizing crew efficiency.
Procore Utilization
- Submit 100% of daily reports, crew hours, photos, and required project documentation in Procore by the end of each workday.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, material deliveries, delays, weather impacts, and production progress.
- Ensure all required project records are complete, accurate, and submitted on time in accordance with C/Sharpe standards.
Housekeeping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free jobsite throughout each workday.
- Ensure work areas are cleaned and materials, tools, and equipment are properly stored before the end of each shift.
- Complete initial cleanup and walkthroughs before transitioning to the next work area, minimizing punch list items and safety hazards.
First Time Quality (FTPR)
- Achieve a 98%+ First Time Pass Rate (FTPR) on inspections with minimal rework or punch list items.
- Ensure all work is installed in accordance with contract documents, manufacturer specifications, and C/Sharpe quality standards before requesting inspection.
- Identify and correct quality issues immediately while coaching crew members to prevent recurring workmanship deficiencies.
