Outside Sales Representative – Building Materials

Location: Pensacola, FL

We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Rep to grow our business in the Pensacola market. This role is all about building relationships with contractors, builders, and developers while driving new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow sales with contractors, builders, and remodelers
• Develop new business while maintaining strong existing relationships
• Partner with inside teams to ensure smooth orders and top-notch service
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven outside sales success (building materials background strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of lumber, trusses, or related products a plus
• Self-starter with strong people skills and a competitive drive
• Ability to manage a territory and work independently
• Valid driver’s license
