They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage business with contractors, builders, and construction professionals throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction customers
- Prospect and develop new business within an assigned territory
- Manage existing accounts while expanding sales opportunities
- Prepare quotes, follow up on bids, and close sales
- Conduct jobsite visits and customer meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Meet or exceed sales and margin goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, construction products, or contractor-focused sales
- Strong relationship-building and territory management skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry preferred
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and local travel required
