We are seeking a driven and experienced Multifamily Truss Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our truss products to multifamily construction projects across Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and knowledge of the construction industry to thrive in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for multifamily truss products in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders involved in multifamily construction projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical expertise and support in the development of customized truss solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each project.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers to showcase the features, benefits, and advantages of our truss products.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and pricing to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details using CRM software.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to build brand awareness and expand business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales collateral, and advertising campaigns to support sales efforts in the multifamily construction market.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the multifamily construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of truss systems, building materials, and construction methods, with specific knowledge of multifamily construction processes and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning as a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales activities and tracking customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
