We are in search of a Vice President of Sales who will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships within our home builder clientele and shaping the trajectory of our company.


Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and oversee a dynamic team of sales professionals to surpass sales objectives.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, establishing ambitious yet achievable quarterly and annual targets.
  • Remain abreast of market dynamics, analyze competitor strategies, and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Work closely with the CEO to optimize operational efficiency and foster synergy across multiple Southeast locations.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through proactive engagement and continuous refinement of services.


Qualifications

We seek:

  • A seasoned Sales Leader with a demonstrated history of success in the building materials sector, particularly in lumber operations.
  • A strategic thinker with proficiency in sales tactics, operational oversight, and team motivation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to support and lead teams throughout the Southeast region.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and market competition.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong aptitude for strategic planning, organizational management, and innovative problem-solving.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
