Crane Operator – Construction Materials

Location: Austin, TX

We’re looking for an experienced Crane Operator to support the movement and placement of trusses, lumber, and building materials in both a yard setting and on active construction job sites across the Austin area.

This role plays a key part in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently to support ongoing multifamily construction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Operate crane equipment to lift, move, and place building materials
• Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks
• Coordinate with yard staff, drivers, and jobsite crews for safe and accurate lifts
• Secure loads and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with loading trucks and staging materials as needed
• Support general yard and delivery operations

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of crane operation experience (construction or building materials preferred)
• NCCCO certification or equivalent preferred
• Strong understanding of rigging, load charts, and safe lifting practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
