A growing manufacturer in the commercial construction industry is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and expand business across the South Texas region. This is a relationship-driven outside sales role focused on supporting contractors, distribution partners, and the design community while driving long-term territory growth.
This position offers strong autonomy, an established product portfolio, and the opportunity to build lasting customer partnerships within a high-visibility market.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established South Texas territory through strategic account development and new business generation.
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and distribution partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, forecasts, and territory growth plan.
- Prepare project quotations and support pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide product education, presentations, and occasional jobsite support.
- Track sales activity and opportunities within CRM to maintain accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and project execution.
Qualifications
- Outside sales experience within commercial construction, roofing systems, or exterior building materials preferred.
- Proven ability to manage a territory and build long-term customer relationships.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
