Assistnat Branch Manager – Building Materials Distribution

A leading regional specialty distributor of building materials is seeking an experienced Manager to drive operational excellence and support the company’s rapid growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize all aspects of operations within a high-volume, fast-paced distribution facility.
  • Lead sales, customer service, and operational initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective logistics plans for trucking and freight management.
  • Ensure hauling assets are aligned to meet customer demands and maintain service excellence.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, purchasing, and team performance.
  • Conduct P&L reviews to analyze financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in the building materials supply industry.
  • Expertise in managing operations within high-volume distribution environments.
  • Strong understanding of logistics planning and freight management.
  • Well-rounded skills in sales, customer service, and operational management.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control, purchasing, and P&L analysis.
