Assistnat Branch Manager – Building Materials Distribution

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of operations within a high-volume, fast-paced distribution facility.
- Lead sales, customer service, and operational initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Develop and implement cost-effective logistics plans for trucking and freight management.
- Ensure hauling assets are aligned to meet customer demands and maintain service excellence.
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, purchasing, and team performance.
- Conduct P&L reviews to analyze financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in the building materials supply industry.
- Expertise in managing operations within high-volume distribution environments.
- Strong understanding of logistics planning and freight management.
- Well-rounded skills in sales, customer service, and operational management.
- Hands-on experience with inventory control, purchasing, and P&L analysis.
