Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting customers, generating sales, processing orders, and building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other customers. This role works closely with operations and outside sales teams to ensure excellent service and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process quotes, orders, and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely service
- Support outside sales efforts and identify sales opportunities
- Maintain product knowledge and pricing accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution
- Assist with account management and follow-up communications
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales, customer service, or building materials experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales/order entry systems
- Self-motivated and team-oriented mindset
