A fast-growing, early-stage security product startup is on a mission to modernize how security teams interact with and extract value from their data. As the company scales, they’re looking for a high-agency operator to help drive internal efficiency, support go-to-market initiatives, and keep the team focused on what matters most.

This fully remote role blends strategic operations with business development. You’ll work closely with the founding team on high-impact projects, own cross-functional execution, and be a utility player across critical parts of the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute high-priority initiatives across operations, product, and partnerships
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned and on track with clear priorities and timelines
• Partner with leadership on investor updates, strategic planning, and internal comms
• Support GTM strategy by coordinating launches, building collateral, and working with partners
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive operational improvements
• Jump into whatever’s needed — from research to recruiting to customer support

Who You Are:

• 3–6 years of experience in consulting, VC/PE ops, early-stage startups, or Chief of Staff-type roles
• Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong communicator with excellent writing, organization, and execution skills
• Equally comfortable in board-level discussions and hands-on execution
• Curious, proactive, and energized by solving complex problems across multiple domains

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in GTM, BD, or customer success
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Coda, Airtable, or similar
• A background or interest in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or developer tools
