Our client is building an advanced Agent-based Orchestration Platform for a Sales Engineering organization, and we're seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to drive the development of complex, applied AI workflows. This role will focus on prompt orchestration and backend data infrastructure, working with cutting-edge tools like Databricks and LangChain. Key Responsibilities:
- Build an umbrella orchestration layer to determine which AI agent to deploy based on specific tasks, integrating complex workflows through natural language commands.
- Lead the development of agent orchestration, ensuring seamless integration of multiple AI agents for different orchestration processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tie backend data to the AI models, improving the effectiveness of prompt orchestration.
- Develop modules for competitive playbooks, allowing customization and dynamic adjustments for various sales strategies.
- Elevate the team's expertise by owning and leading applied AI initiatives, specifically around Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent orchestration.

Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience in applied AI applications, particularly LLMs and agent-based workflows.
- Hands-on experience with prompt orchestration and agent orchestration.
- Proven track record of leading technical efforts, especially in AI/ML environments.
- Contributions to open-source projects or public code repositories (e.g., GitHub) are a strong plus.
