Who You Are:
You are a business litigator who:
- Brings 7+ years of complex commercial litigation experience (for senior candidates; junior roles available with 2–5 years).
- Has a solid foundation in California state and federal court practice.
- Demonstrates confidence managing cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and client strategy.
- Values collegiality, responsiveness, and exceptional client service.
- Possesses interest or experience in transactional and advisory work, such as contract negotiation, entity structuring, or risk management.
- Maintains strong written advocacy skills, professional judgment, and presence in front of clients and opposing counsel.
Compensation & Structure:
- Compensation: $200,000–$280,000, commensurate with experience and level.
- Structure: Hybrid role (Los Angeles office), full benefits, and significant business development support.
- Title: Senior Associate, Special Counsel, or Junior Partner (depending on qualifications and experience).
