The firm’s client roster includes mid-market and enterprise-level businesses across California, with a focus on complex commercial disputes, corporate governance, and business transactions. • Balanced Practice: Ideal for litigators who enjoy advocacy but want to expand into corporate, transactional, and advisory work.
  • High-Caliber Clients: Sophisticated commercial matters that demand both strategic insight and business acumen.
  • Path to Partnership: A clear and realistic path for driven attorneys ready to take the next step.

Who You Are:

You are a business litigator who:

  • Brings 7+ years of complex commercial litigation experience (for senior candidates; junior roles available with 2–5 years).
  • Has a solid foundation in California state and federal court practice.
  • Demonstrates confidence managing cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and client strategy.
  • Values collegiality, responsiveness, and exceptional client service.
  • Possesses interest or experience in transactional and advisory work, such as contract negotiation, entity structuring, or risk management.
  • Maintains strong written advocacy skills, professional judgment, and presence in front of clients and opposing counsel.

Compensation & Structure:

  • Compensation: $200,000–$280,000, commensurate with experience and level.
  • Structure: Hybrid role (Los Angeles office), full benefits, and significant business development support.
  • Title: Senior Associate, Special Counsel, or Junior Partner (depending on qualifications and experience).

Next Step:

If you are ready to join a collaborative, respected, and upwardly mobile platform, where your litigation background can evolve into a more strategic business practice, this is your opportunity.
