Who You Are:
- A corporate attorney with 3 to 5 years of substantive M&A experience at a leading law firm.
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, ancillary transaction documents, and organizational documents, as well as managing due diligence and coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
- Comfortable working with fast-paced clients in the technology and/or life sciences sectors; experience or strong affinity for these industries is beneficial.
- Possess strong academic credentials, superb oral and written communication abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle multiple matters simultaneously.
- Must be an active member of the bar in the state of the office where you apply, or eligible to sit for or waive into that bar.
Compensation & Structure:
- Compensation Range: 260k to 310k, depending on experience, qualifications, and office location.
