A nationally recognized Real Estate practice group is seeking an associate to join its Kansas City office. The team handles sophisticated, high-value commercial real estate matters across the country, offering meaningful responsibility and exposure to complex transactions from day one. Who You Are:
- An attorney with 3 to 6 years of transactional real estate experience, ideally including acquisitions, dispositions, title and survey analysis, development work, and joint venture structuring
- Comfortable navigating complex subject matter and managing multiple workstreams on sophisticated deals
- Strong communicator with exceptional drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- A team-oriented professional with the drive to contribute to a growing national platform
- Experience with financing transactions is preferred; data center development experience is a plus
Compensation & Structure:
- Compensation: DOE, typically ranging from 290k to 400k
