About the Role:

We’re looking for a confident closer and skilled communicator to work directly with General Contractors, Builders, Developers, and Installers throughout the Phoenix Valley area. You’ll be the bridge between design intent and installation—taking projects from specification to sale.


This role focuses on closing out commercial sales for materials already specified by architects and designers, as well as developing your own opportunities in the field. You’ll have full support from our back office team for quoting, samples, logistics, and more—so you can focus on building relationships and driving revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call directly on commercial GCs, Builders, Developers, and Installers within the Phoenix Valley
  • Close material sales for projects already specified by architects/designers
  • Identify and develop your own project opportunities from start to finish
  • Focus on all tile and stone applications (including: facades, pavers, cladding, pools, etc)
  • Maintain strong relationships and follow-through from quote to delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and project execution
  • Update & Maintain the company CRM on projects, people, and organizations


What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales—preferably in tile, stone, building materials, or commercial construction
  • Knowledge of the Phoenix commercial construction and design market
  • Understanding of architectural specifications and project lifecycles
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to earn trust with decision-makers
  • A hunter mentality with the professionalism to close high-value deals
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and driven by results
