Summary

In this role, you will lead and implement change across a range of business initiatives, applying best-in-class change management principles to improve outcomes and enhance the employee experience. You will be part of the Change Management team within the broader Office of the CEO. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and adaptable, thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and demonstrates strong executive functioning skills (planning, prioritization, organization, and follow-through). This individual should also be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Upon successful completion of training, this role will be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.


Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive change management plans across all phases: analysis, planning, implementation, and communication
  • Assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Conduct impact analyses and evaluate outcomes of implemented changes
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate closely with initiative leaders to integrate change management into project plans
  • Manage reporting systems related to change initiatives
  • Capture data and define success metrics
  • Provide consulting and advisory support on change management practices
  • Develop tools and processes to support organizational adoption and engagement


Qualifications

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing initiatives using change management principles
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple change management methodologies
  • Strong experience in change management and communications
  • Experience implementing changes across business processes, systems, and technologies
  • AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) experience preferred
  • Proven ability to identify and solve problems proactively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred; certification support provided if needed
  • Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint and OneNote
