Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week | Operating Room Hours: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

# of surgeries per month: 575-625

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Operating Room Supervisor (RN) to lead our surgical team and oversee the daily operations of our busy surgical suite. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for patients and staff, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day OR operations
• Provide leadership and support to surgical staff
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, sterile processing, and other key departments
• Assist in resource planning, staff scheduling, and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Wisconsin) required prior to start date
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire
• ACLS certification within 12 months of hire
• Minimum 5 years OR experience, with 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory capacity
• Specialized education and training in orthopedic and spine programs

Preferred Credentials:

• CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)
• Master’s degree in a health-related field
