What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare sterile surgical setups and instrument tables for ENT and other procedures
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments, maintaining sterile fields, and anticipating needs
• Support patient care from infants (6 months) to adults
• Clean and restock the OR post-procedure
• Sterilize, inspect, and assemble instruments under supervision
• Monitor patient responses during surgery and report any concerns to the care team
• Follow AORN and AST best practices for safety and technique
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and patient-centered care

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Surgical Tech
• Strong ENT background preferred (but multi-specialty interest is welcome)
• Ability to cross-train in other services
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable in fast-paced OR settings
• Committed to high standards of aseptic and sterile technique
