omo, a subsidiary of Hoag, is leading the recruiting efforts for a Family Medicine Physician in partnership with Strong Families Medical Group.

As a Family Medicine Physician, you would be joining a rapidly growing primary care group, supporting a nationally recognized health system in sunny southern California.  

Strong Families Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team. Responsibilities: 

1.    Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, treating a variety of conditions and illnesses. 

2.    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans for patients. 

3.    Conduct routine check-ups and health screenings. 

4.    Diagnose and treat chronic and acute illnesses, provide immunizations, manage diabetes and hypertension, and other health issues. 

5.    Attend and actively participate in department meetings, conferences, and educational events. 

6.    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including medical records, progress notes, and billing information. 

7.    Educate patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and other health-related issues. 

8.    Act as a mentor and provide guidance to medical residents, students, and other healthcare professionals. 

9.    Participate in clinical research and quality improvement projects to advance the field of family medicine. 

10. Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines. 


Qualifications: 

1.    Board Certified in Family Medicine. 

2.    Medical and Medicare-certified  

3.    Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of California. 

4.    Strong clinical, diagnostic, and procedural skills. 

5.    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills. 

6.    Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Office Ally preferred  

7.    Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality. 

8.    Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
