UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft a world-class experience for users of a rapidly growing marketplace platform.

You’ll collaborate directly with the founders and engineering team to design, test, and refine intuitive, visually polished web and mobile interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a hands-on designer with a balance of creativity, product thinking, and attention to detail — someone who can translate user needs into elegant design systems that scale.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founding team to design new features and improve existing ones across web and mobile.

• Analyze and interpret design success post-launch using data and user feedback.

• Partner closely with engineers to create detailed design requirements and ensure seamless implementation.

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions with thoughtful design insights.

• Deliver both high-fidelity visuals and wireframes that communicate user flows clearly.

• Maintain a strong eye for visual polish, consistency, and user delight.

Example Projects

• Designing seamless user flows for feature onboarding and fulfillment.

• Leading the visual redesign of core web experiences to elevate brand identity.

• Reimagining interaction systems for complex logistics or tracking features.

• Collaborating on product analytics dashboards to improve visibility into user behavior.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing both product thinking and visual execution.

• Proficiency in Figma or other modern design tools.

• Ability to balance creative direction with pragmatic design decisions.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• A low-ego, high-ownership mindset — willing to iterate quickly and ship fast.
