About the Job

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the Interventional Cardiology, Vascular, and Pain Services.

This includes managing operations for the Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Interventional Pain Clinic, Prep and Recovery, and Scheduling.

This leadership role plays a crucial part in ensuring excellence in patient care and departmental efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing daily operations and aligning departmental performance with organizational goals

• Leading staff management efforts including recruitment, scheduling, payroll, training, and performance oversight

• Overseeing budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relationships

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and coordinating services across teams

• Creating a supportive environment that fosters professional development and evidence-based practice

• Occasionally providing direct patient care when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)

• Active RN license in the State of Michigan

• Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) certification

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience

• 5 years of managerial experience preferred

• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and stress management skills
