Fullstack Engineer

Full-time | On-site | San Francisco, CA

About the Role

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and wants to ship from day one.

You’ll design, build, and deploy features end-to-end while working directly with customers to deliver real business impact.

This role is ideal for someone who combines technical depth with entrepreneurial drive — someone who loves building, scaling, and solving hard problems in production.

You’ll be part of a small, high-performance engineering team that’s tackling foundational challenges in one of the largest global industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Ship Fast: Deploy to production on your first day and take full responsibility for your code from spec to delivery.

  • Own the Stack: Build features end-to-end — from backend services and APIs to frontend interfaces and integrations.

  • Solve Broad Problems: Contribute across the stack — from AI deployment and infrastructure design to scaling architecture and improving reliability.

  • Collaborate with Customers: Work hands-on with clients to integrate solutions, iterate on feedback, and deliver measurable impact.

  • Lead by Example: Take initiative on technical decisions, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement across systems and workflows.

Who You Are

  • 3–8 years of fullstack engineering experience in fast-paced or startup environments.

  • Skilled in modern frontend and backend frameworks, with strong fundamentals in scalable system design.

  • Comfortable owning projects end-to-end — from concept through production.

  • Hands-on problem solver who enjoys ambiguity and rapid iteration.

  • Passionate about building world-class products that drive real business outcomes.

  • Bonus: Experience in AI/ML integrations, insurance, or enterprise automation.

Work Environment

  • Location: San Francisco, CA

  • Schedule: On-site; 9–9–6 schedule (startup intensity and pace)

  • Culture: Ambitious, high-performance, and ownership-driven — a team that prizes speed, clarity, and impact.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $150K–$200K (flexible for tenured candidates)

  • Equity: 0.1%–0.3%

  • Visa Sponsorship: Available

  • Benefits: Comprehensive coverage, competitive equity, and the opportunity to make a defining impact at an early-stage company transforming a massive industry.
