We’re seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing healthcare AI startup that’s redefining how patients and providers communicate.

With clinics missing up to 40% of patient calls and staff buried in admin work, our AI agents handle scheduling, billing, prescription refills, and other workflows end-to-end—already supporting tens of thousands of patients each month.

This is an opportunity to be one of the first 10 employees at a well-funded, high-growth startup, building products at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and communication.

You’ll work closely with a small, elite team of engineers and healthcare leaders to scale voice AI technology that’s already in market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and scale full-stack applications with Node.js, React, Postgres, AWS

• Develop patient-facing AI systems using LLMs, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and retrieval-augmented generation

• Create clinician-facing tools for workflow management, monitoring, and exceptions

• Drive integration with EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), telephony, and scheduling systems

• Establish frameworks for AI testing, QA, observability, and risk mitigation

• Operate in a fast-paced, startup environment with rapid iteration and autonomy

What you’ll need:

• 3–6 years of full-stack engineering experience (exceptional new grads considered if from top-tier school + tier 1 startup internship)

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React

• Experience designing intuitive, product-focused UX/UI

• Comfortable working across backend, frontend, and product

• Startup grit, ownership mindset, and a passion for mission-driven healthcare innovation

• (Bonus) Knowledge of LLMs, conversational AI, or voice technologies
