We are hiring for a hands-on role in Duncanville, TX, where your expertise in manual and CNC machining will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines including mills and lathes

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics

• Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Inspect parts to meet exact specifications and ensure quality control

• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues

• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on machining experience

• Proficient in the use of measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Experience with CNC programming is a plus, but not required
