What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans


  • Supervise and train 1:1 therapists to ensure high-quality care


  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and adjust interventions as needed


  • Conduct regular parent meetings and training sessions to support family involvement


  • Utilize data collection software for seamless treatment planning and reporting


  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold the highest ABA therapy standards


Requirements:


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or sitting for the exam within the next 2 months


  • Master’s degree in a related field (required)


  • Previous experience in the ABA community is highly valued and reflected in the salary offer


  • Passion for improving the lives of children and their families through ABA therapy
