Founding Account Executive (Exclusive)

About the Role
We’re seeking a Founding Account Executive with a proven record of driving B2B SaaS sales and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
You’ll be responsible for building the sales motion from the ground up—converting inbound interest into strategic wins, developing outbound frameworks, and collaborating closely with founders to define go-to-market strategy.
This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage team at the forefront of next-generation AI, taking ownership of sales execution and shaping the commercial foundation for a fast-growing company.
What You’ll Do

Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, qualify, lead discovery, craft business cases, and close high-value deals.

Land and Expand: Drive adoption within enterprise accounts and establish long-term growth partnerships.

Engage Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships across technical teams, procurement, and executive leadership.

Define GTM Strategy: Partner with founders to refine outbound motions, pricing structures, and collateral.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align customer insights with roadmap priorities and messaging.

Build Repeatable Systems: Establish scalable sales processes, pipeline development frameworks, and performance metrics for future hires.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally as an early GTM or founding AE.
- Demonstrated success exceeding quota in complex, high-value enterprise sales.
- Exceptional ability to manage multi-stakeholder buying cycles and close 6- to 7-figure deals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where you can shape processes and outcomes.
