We’re looking for a Backend/Infrastructure Engineer to join as a founding-level hire and help build the core infrastructure powering next-generation AI training environments.
This is a full-time, in-person role in Union Square, NYC (with relocation and visa sponsorship available).

What you’ll be doing:
- Architect and scale backend systems that power AI training simulations.
- Build across Python, Go, and TypeScript, with full ownership over projects.

What you’ll need:

3–6 years of backend/infra engineering experience (flexible for top candidates).
- Strong background in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Evidence of impactful early-stage contributions or side projects/GitHub work.
- A track record of growth—someone ready to evolve into a technical leader.
- Comfort with customer-facing collaboration and startup pace.
