Outpatient Pulmonary Physician

About the Role


We’re seeking a board-certified Pulmonologist to provide primarily outpatient pulmonary care within a modern, tech-enabled clinic model. You’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while leveraging innovative technology and a collaborative support team to improve outcomes for patients with chronic lung conditions.


This role is ideal for physicians passionate about advancing pulmonary medicine through data-driven care and integrated support systems.


What You’ll Do


  • Provide comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care and inpatient consultations as needed
  • Perform an average of 20 patient visits per day (with additional compensation for extra visits)
  • Supervise advanced practice providers and oversee clinical support staff
  • Conduct pulmonary procedures and interpret related diagnostics
  • Maintain close relationships with local primary care providers to coordinate patient care
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of care delivery models and clinical workflows


What We’re Looking For


  • Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine (Critical Care certification a plus)
  • Active medical license (or eligibility) in AZ
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
  • Interest in modern, technology-supported care models
  • Willingness to work on-site 5 days/week at one of the listed clinic locations
  • Open to physicians seeking J-1 visa sponsorship (H1-B not available)


Compensation & Benefits



  • Base Salary: $325,000 with total compensation up to $675,000
  • 401(k): 3% match (3-year cliff)
  • PTO: 3 weeks vacation + 9 federal holidays
  • CME: $1,500 annual stipend
  • Insurance: Full health coverage, malpractice with tail, business liability, and cyber insurance
  • Relocation assistance available
