📍 New York, NY (Hybrid, 3–4 days/week in office)

💼 Full-time | 💵 $225K – $275K (based on experience) + Equity

About the Role

We’re looking for a player-coach Head of Product to lead the next phase of enterprise fintech innovation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner closely with the executive team, GTM, and engineering to define and deliver a bold product roadmap.

You’ll start by managing one senior product contributor, with the opportunity to scale the team as the company grows. The first 90 days will be an intense but rewarding sprint to set up the product and organization for long-term success.

Your First 90 Days

7 Days – Orientation & Rapid Decision-Making

• Build shared understanding of product architecture and constraints
• Meet core stakeholders across engineering, compliance, and GTM
• Triage top 3 delivery risks and create a one-page action plan

15 Days – Establish Cadence & Priorities

• Lock 30-day priorities for reliability and delivery
• Meet customers with GTM team to refine roadmap
• Stand up lightweight product cadences and validate workflows

30 Days – Show Progress & Reduce Risk

• Deliver customer-visible progress on at least one surface
• De-risk readiness with testing, observability, and runbooks
• Publish a crisp roadmap with measurable outcomes

90 Days – Scale Impact & Prove Durability

• Demonstrate measurable wins with reliability and compliance in place
• Institutionalize product principles, analytics, and quality standards
• Deliver meaningful progress to set up 2026 success

Compensation & Benefits

💵 Salary: $225K – $275K (based on qualifications and experience)
