Founding Product Designer

About the Role

We’re seeking a Founding Product Designer to define the design direction and help shape the foundation of a fast-growing AI platform built for enterprise operations.

This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage team working directly with Fortune 500 partners and play a pivotal role in designing the systems, language, and visual identity for a company redefining how global supply chains operate.

As the first designer, you’ll have high ownership, working directly with the founders to craft product experiences that are elegant, impactful, and deeply intuitive for enterprise users.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Design from 0→1: Define and evolve the design foundation across product, brand, and user experience.

• Shape Product Strategy: Work closely with founders and engineers to influence product direction and ensure design excellence at every level.

• Create Design Systems: Develop cohesive design languages, components, and scalable frameworks for enterprise-grade products.

• Collaborate with Customers: Partner directly with enterprise users to understand their workflows and turn complex systems into intuitive experiences.

• Own the Visual Identity: Establish the aesthetic and storytelling approach that communicates product value across platforms.

• Iterate Rapidly: Prototype ideas, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet real customer needs in fast cycles.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of product design experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or enterprise product environments.

• Strong product thinking with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — comfortable working closely with founders, engineers, and enterprise clients.

• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma or equivalent).

• High agency and bias toward action — thrives in ambiguity and ownership.

• Bonus: Experience with AI products, supply chain systems, or data-heavy interfaces.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $180K–$220K (based on experience and qualifications)
