  • Support the development and automation of continuous control monitoring and reporting.

  • Provide technical insight on change management processes (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, code deployment, testing protocols).

  • Draft and communicate findings, develop remediation plans, and track issue resolution.

  • Create clear documentation including runbooks, process narratives, and training materials for first-line risk management teams.

  • Assist in defining technology requirements for new products and evolving regulatory expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Technology Risk, GRC, or IT Audit roles.

  • Deep understanding of technology frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and control assurance methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience assessing or implementing technical controls in cloud environments (AWS preferred).

  • Ability to translate technical risks into clear, actionable recommendations for business and engineering teams.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and can drive outcomes with minimal supervision.

  • Bonus points for:

  • Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Security Specialty or equivalent)

  • Security certifications (CISA, CISSP, or COBIT)

  • Experience in fintech, digital assets, or regulated financial institutions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $135K – $159K (localized by region)

  • Bonus: 5% annual cash bonus

  • Equity: $40K annual RSU grant, quarterly vesting with performance multipliers

  • Partner with world-class engineers and security experts to elevate risk governance at scale.

  • Drive meaningful impact by building systems that secure the future of digital finance.
