Pulmonologist – Outpatient Focused


About the Job

We are seeking a Board-Certified Pulmonologist to join a fast-growing, tech-enabled pulmonary medicine group. This role is outpatient-focused with opportunities to perform consults, procedures, and supervise advanced practice providers. You will be part of a small, collaborative team pioneering innovative care models to deliver the best lung care in America.


This is an on-site position based in Prescott, AZ (highest need), Macon, GA, or Rock Hill, SC.

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Provide outpatient pulmonary care, with a small portion of inpatient consults and procedures


  • Maintain a 20-patient daily average (additional visits compensated)


  • Supervise advanced practice providers and guide support staff in delivering patient-centered care


  • Build and sustain strong relationships with local primary care providers


  • Contribute to innovative care models designed to improve patient outcomes


What You’ll Need:


  • M.D. or D.O. with Board Certification in Pulmonology (Sleep Certification preferred)


  • 2–20 years of clinical experience with an outpatient focus (no critical care work involved)


  • Active or eligibility for medical licensure in AZ, GA, or SC (IMLC supported)


  • Strong communication skills and genuine passion for patient care


  • Willingness to supervise and mentor advanced practice providers


  • Excitement for integrating technology into care delivery
