Compensation: $72K – $96K base + $120K – $160K OTE + Equity
About the Role
We’re looking for a hungry and ambitious Business Development Representative to drive new business and accelerate growth at one of the fastest-scaling companies in the recruiting space. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a close-knit team that has grown to 8-figure ARR in under a year—with a clear path to 10x growth in 2025.
As an early business hire, you’ll work directly with the leadership team to expand market reach, crush the existing pipeline, and bring in mid-market and enterprise deals. Beyond just hitting quota, you’ll help shape the sales playbook and set the foundation for a world-class GTM team.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound and inbound business development, opening doors with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Manage and accelerate the sales pipeline from prospecting through to qualified opportunities
- Collaborate closely with founders and GTM leaders to refine and scale sales strategy
- Experiment with creative growth tactics, structure, and processes to accelerate revenue
What We’re Looking For
- Growth-minded, scrappy, and creative problem-solver
- Track record of cold outbounding into at least one big opportunity you “shouldn’t have gotten”
- Direct communicator with a low ego and high drive
- Someone who has done something exceptional or uncommon (built a startup, won a hackathon, competed at an elite level, etc.)
- Strong desire to grow into an AE role (promotion path in 3–6 months or sooner)
