This Clinical Nutrition Manager II position offers the opportunity to guide a dedicated team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nutrition care to both inpatient and outpatient populations.


Registered Dietitians here have order-writing privileges, allowing you to practice at the top of your scope.


What’s in it for you?


Salary Range: $81,000 – $90,000 annually


Max Compensation: Up to $94,000 based on experience


Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus


Flexibility: One remote day per week and a flexible schedule


Time Off:


  • 3 weeks vacation in your first year


  • 4 weeks vacation after 12 months

What you’ll be doing:


  • Managing the full clinical nutrition program for a multi-specialty hospital


  • Supervising a team of 4 Dietitians and 5 Diet Clerks across inpatient and outpatient settings


  • Providing direct patient care approximately 20% of the time


  • Leading quality improvement and performance projects


  • Supporting and optimizing the meal service program and menu management systems


  • Driving a culture of learning, growth, and regulatory readiness


Requirements:


  • Registered Dietitian credentials


  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics (Master’s preferred or required depending on exam eligibility date)


  • Eligible for RD/RDN registration (must be achieved within 120 days of hire)


  • State certification/licensure as required


  • Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience, with at least 13 months in a supervisory/management capacity


  • Strong background in acute care settings


  • Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills


  • Experience with regulatory compliance and standards of care
