Lead Revenue Operations Specialist

About the Role


We’re looking for a Lead Revenue Operations Specialist to help design, scale, and optimize the systems and processes that power go-to-market performance.


You’ll serve as a key strategic partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance—owning Salesforce, automation, data visibility, and forecasting infrastructure.


This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll blend technical expertise, operational discipline, and business strategy to drive efficiency, insight, and growth.


What You’ll Do


  • Own and Evolve Salesforce: Manage adoption, design, and automation within Salesforce to support scalable GTM workflows and integrations.


  • Build Operational Frameworks: Design processes for forecasting, capacity planning, and funnel analysis that drive accountability and transparency.


  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Scope, execute, and deliver RevOps initiatives that align Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.


  • Drive Data Visibility: Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leaders real-time insights into performance and growth levers.


  • Coach and Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders to upskill teams on RevOps best practices and AI-powered productivity tools.


  • Improve Funnel Efficiency: Analyze pipeline performance and conversion data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.


  • Champion AI Enablement: Introduce and manage AI-enhanced workflows that automate data handling and forecasting across GTM functions.


Who You Are


  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations roles.


  • Advanced Salesforce expertise, including process design, automation, and system integrations.


  • Strong experience in forecasting, reporting, and data visualization (Looker or equivalent BI platforms).


  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end operational projects with cross-functional teams.


  • Experience implementing AI-driven or workflow automation tools.


  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Work Environment

  • Schedule: Hybrid; Monday–Thursday in-office
