What you’ll be doing:

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care in coordination with the healthcare team

• Monitor patient status, document care, and communicate changes promptly

• Administer IVs and medications (with proper training and certification)

• Support diagnostic and procedural activities within your scope of practice

• Educate and inform patients and families on care plans and treatments

• Maintain accurate, timely records and ensure continuity of care

• Promote patient safety and actively engage in team-based care

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted LVN or LPN license for the state(s) you practice in

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Experience in acute, medical-surgical, or specialty care is a plus

• Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to patient-centered care

• Ability to work varied shifts and adjust to different care environments
