This role allows you to practice medicine from anywhere in the U.S. while leveraging advanced technology and strong operational support to minimize administrative burdens.

What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver virtual primary care via chat and video visits
- Provide triage, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of acuity and complexity
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and referrals within established patient networks
- Collaborate with specialists for rapid consults when needed
- Ensure a high standard of patient care while embracing innovation in telehealth delivery
What You’ll Need:
- MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (U.S.-trained only)
- 5–10 years’ experience, with at least 2+ years in telehealth
- Active state medical licenses covering at least 40% of the U.S. adult population
- Strong communication skills with patients in both video and chat-based care
- Proficiency with digital tools (Zoom, Athena, Slack, Zendesk, Retool)
- Mission-driven, adaptable, and energized by digital health innovation
- Must be U.S.-based (slight preference for East or West Coast)
Note: Candidates with malpractice history or frequent job-hopping (<1.5 years per role) will not be considered.
