Senior Product Manager, AI

Full-time | Hybrid | New York or San Francisco

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Agents product — the intelligent layer that turns AI insights into measurable outcomes for content teams.

You’ll own how the agent ecosystem researches, drafts, optimizes, and refreshes content for visibility across emerging AI search platforms.

This role is deeply cross-functional, working with engineering, design, data science, and customer teams to deliver high-trust, high-impact functionality that moves users from insight to publish.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Agents layer, from opportunity identification to research, brief generation, optimization, and scaled refresh.

  • Build intelligent orchestration that leverages tools, actions, and retrieval systems to analyze topics, identify gaps, generate content, and optimize for AI-driven search platforms such as ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Copilot, and Perplexity.

  • Develop evaluation frameworks — including offline testing, red teaming, and human-in-the-loop review — to improve factual accuracy, tone, and compliance.

  • Partner with customers, SEO and content leaders to prioritize use cases that drive visibility and measurable business outcomes.

  • Prototype quickly, ship iteratively, and retire features that do not meet quality or impact benchmarks.

Who You Are

  • Experienced product leader with a background in AI, automation, or complex SaaS systems.

  • Comfortable defining strategy in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

  • Skilled at translating technical capabilities into customer value.

  • Deeply collaborative and able to influence across teams without direct authority.

  • Driven by ownership, learning, and delivering results.

Work Environment and Benefits

  • Hybrid schedule with office in New York.

  • Competitive equity and compensation package.

  • Comprehensive benefits tailored to your location.

  • Flexible time off and generous parental leave.

  • Fast-paced, collaborative team culture that values quality, curiosity, and respectful candor.

Compensation: $190K–$225K (flexible for the right candidate)
