Member of Technical Staff – Fullstack Product Engineer

Full-time | On-site | New York, NY

Compensation: $150K – $300K + Highly Competitive Equity

About the Role

We’re looking for a fullstack engineer who wants to do more than ship code—you’ll own a product. You’ll think deeply about customer needs, prioritize features, execute against company objectives, and take accountability for moving the product forward.

Large Language Models (LLMs) are reshaping what software can be. Just as mobile-first design wasn’t about shrinking the desktop, AI-native products won’t just be chatbots. This role is about designing what human–software interaction looks like in the next decade.

You’ll be building not only for today’s users, but also defining the future of how people work with intelligent systems.

Tech stack: React, TypeScript, Python, Postgres

What You’ll Do

• Own the vision for products end-to-end
• Architect front-end and API systems that scale together
• Build fast, production-grade solutions to real user problems
• Contribute opinions and shape best practices for product engineering

• Strong background in fullstack engineering (React, TypeScript, Python, SQL/Postgres)
• A product mindset—balancing technical decisions with user experience and business needs
• Desire to work in-person with a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team
