Position Overview:

We are looking for a Syteline Technical Consultant with strong technical expertise in Infor Syteline ERP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation, customization, and integration of Syteline with existing systems. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, business process understanding, and problem-solving skills to support our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Syteline ERP Implementation: Lead the technical configuration and customization of the Syteline ERP system based on client requirements.
• Customization & Development: Develop customizations using SyteLine development tools such as IDO (Intelligent Data Objects), Form Personalization, and .NET scripting.
• System Integration: Integrate Syteline ERP with third-party systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly between platforms.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Syteline ERP, addressing issues related to performance, configuration, and customization.
• Database Management: Work with SQL databases to query, optimize, and maintain the SyteLine database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Reporting: Develop custom reports using SQL, DataViews, Birst, MS Power BI, or other reporting tools, based on business requirements.
• Client Training: Provide technical training and guidance to clients on Syteline ERP functionality, customization, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, other developers, partner consultants, and project managers to ensure a successful end-to-end implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine ERP technical development and customization is required.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Syteline toolsets such as IDO, Form Personalization, and Mongoose framework.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and query writing.
• Experience with .NET scripting and Syteline integration using ION or other middleware solutions.
• Familiarity with API integrations and web services.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external business partners
• Reporting Tools: Experience with MS Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), DataViews or other reporting tools.

Desired Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of business processes in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to work in a collaborative project environment.
• Cloud Experience: Knowledge of Infor CloudSuite or experience with cloud-based ERP systems is a plus.
