Senior Business Systems Analyst – JD Edwards (JDE)

Location: On-site | Full-Time


A well-established industrial manufacturer is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to help drive strategic improvements across their JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment. This role partners closely with business units to enhance ERP capabilities, improve operational workflows, and deliver system solutions that scale with the organization’s growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend JDE enhancements.
  • Define project scope, develop charters, and lead end-to-end implementation efforts.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and manage integrations with external systems.
  • Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve complex system issues through root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support training efforts for system changes.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies that could improve enterprise application functionality.
  • Manage and prioritize change requests submitted through ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, ideally within finance, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise system implementations and business process integration.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and complex ERP projects.
  • Skilled in developing business cases and estimating project timelines and resource needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices in ERP support and governance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $125,000 – $155,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
