Company: Leading provider of premium real estate development services in Dubai. Branch opening in Sydney.


Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company's growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development. You will need a start-up mentality.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to develop effective business strategies.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals.


Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.


Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to enhance the company’s market position.


Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting on performance.


Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and business development professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
