Chef de cuisine overseeing one kitchen of a restaurant complex in Springdale UT. The complex has 3 restaurants & catering company: upscale steakhouse, Italian restaurant, Sports Bar and Catering
You would be based at either the upscale steakhouse or Italian restuarant depending on experience
Position reports to the Executive Chef who oversees all the restaurant operations
Located in Springdale Utah, gateway to Zion National Park
5 day work week in off seasons, 5.5 day workweek in busy season
BENEFITS
Salary $80,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef High volume and upscale restaurant experience
Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish
Hands on chef that can run a line and manage a kitchen
