THE OPPORTUNITY


  • Chef de cuisine overseeing one kitchen of a restaurant complex in Springdale UT.  The complex has 3 restaurants & catering company: upscale steakhouse, Italian restaurant, Sports Bar and Catering
  • You would be based at either the upscale steakhouse or Italian restuarant depending on experience
  • Position reports to the Executive Chef who oversees all the restaurant operations
  • Located in Springdale Utah, gateway to Zion National Park
  • 5 day work week in off seasons, 5.5 day workweek in busy season


BENEFITS

  • Salary $80,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef High volume and upscale restaurant experience
  • Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish
  • Hands on chef that can run a line and manage a kitchen
