Join a dynamic team at a high-end, immersive dining concept and lounge in Bangkok. We're seeking a talented female bartender for a one-of-a-kind venue that combines a nature-themed interior with an engaging entertainment concept.

Concept Overview



The lounge offers an upmarket, nature-inspired atmosphere with a unique entertainment experience. The venue features lush greenery, captivating music, dynamic lighting, and a vibrant, immersive environment that creates a memorable experience for guests. Lounge area will accommodate 70 diners.

The second floor houses Southeast Asia’s first ultra-immersive 360-degree concept, offering a 2.5-hour dining experience with a 10-course meal and an engaging storyline, accommodating 14 diners.

Job Purpose

Reporting into the Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Part of a team of 4 bartenders, 3 barbacks
• Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, with precision and flair.
• Ensure all drinks are crafted according to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Engage with guests, offering personalized recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, handling inventory and restocking as needed.
• Work closely with the mixologist to execute creative cocktail concepts and seasonal menus.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring proper handling of bar equipment and ingredients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in upscale bars, lounges, or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages, with a passion for mixology.
• Wine knowledge an advantage.
• Modern and old-fashioned cocktail knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a creative approach to drink presentation.
