Chef De Cuisine - Catering Production

  • Lead a team of 60 - 70
  • Daytime position - Max 55hours a week in busy time
  • M - F with half days on Sat in busy season and Sat off in quiet season
  • Closed public holidays
  • Five star catering production, planning, in the production kitchen (separate offsite team handles the service)
  • Must have senior five star catering production experience in luxury hotel or catering company of events of at least 500 pax
  • Brand new tasting kitchen under construction
  • State of the art kitchens
